Delivery
All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm. Shipping will be between 2 - 4 days. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods.
All orders over £100 will be entitled to free delivery, under £100 there will be a £3.00 fee, this only applies to U.K
Section Fifteen delivers worldwide and the cost for this postage would be £6.50.
Returns Policy
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition with all garment labels in tact within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Alternatively you can also request an exchange within 28 days of receipt of goods.
Conditions
As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or any other intimate items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required.
Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
We regret that original postage and packaging cannot be refunded. However, if we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
Section Fifteen retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Returning by post
Please complete the returns form provided and indicate whether an exchange or refund is required.
Place the completed returns form and your unwanted goods in the envelope of delivery and ensure the envelope is re-sealed securely.
Then please return to: Section 15, 5 Kensington Way, Worksop. S81 7SY.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, for this reason we strongly recommend you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
Please note it can take up to 5-7 working days for the returned order to arrive with us.
